The Cung Family

Would you believe me if I told you it was 50 chilly degrees with the strongest, most aggressive winds ever during this session? Well, we had all of that PLUS the giddiest, happy family!! Right when I met this family, the oldest daughter immediately squealed “I am so excited to take pictures!” and thats when I knew this was going to be an AMAZING session! Children don’t typically tell me they’re that excited for photos because they’d rather wander off and play with sticks, rocks and dirt but I was pumped hearing how excited this sweet girl was!!

We had the clearest skies this evening so that meant the goldenest of allllll golden glows filled this session with stunning warmth. I loved how Eileen styled her family and made sure everyone had layers to help with the cold! The middle child and I had the best time launching rocks off the cliff… I nearly had a heart attack watching him get so close because those tiny rocks can be so slippery! This sweet family eventually all came together and huddled and cuddled together because of how cold it was, but those truly made the BEST photos.

Our session was filled with nothing but laughs, squeals and genuine giggles at one of my favorite locations – I have a few other sessions here this month and cannot wait to make more magic!!
